Welcome to the Office of Special Education and Disability Related Services

The Grafton Public Schools Office of Special Education oversees the delivery of specially designed instruction and/or accommodations for students with disabilities.

The Grafton Public Schools Special Education and 504 Teams are committed to assisting students with suspected or identified disabilities and their families/guardians through the process of evaluation and eligibility determination for IEP or 504 development and identification of special education services and/or accommodations that may need to be implemented within the student's educational setting.

As of October 1, 2023 we will be moving forward with E-signature for all IEP and 504 documentation. If you have already opted out of receiving your documents electronically, you will continue to receive mailings. If you have not opted out and would like to please discuss with your building based Team Chairperson.
