Stipend Requirements:
If your stipended position had a required number of meetings, please complete a voucher and club report. Attach your attendance sheets and send it up to Central Office to be processed in payroll. Forms can be found below.
If your stipended positon did not have a required number of meetings, you only need to complete the voucher and have it signed by your supervisor. Voucher form can be found below.
